### **Online Service Reservation Policies** 1. **Reservation Request**: - All appointments must be requested through our online system. Once the request is received, our team will check availability and confirm or reject the appointment within the following 24 business hours. 2. **Reservation Confirmation**: - The appointment will be valid only after an official confirmation has been sent by our team via email. 3. **Cancellations**: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the consultation. - Cancellations made outside this period will be subject to a charge of 100% of the consultation cost. 4. **Refund Policy**: - Refunds will not be made outside the cancellation period, except in exceptional cases such as: - Death of the patient or a direct family member. - Serious illnesses that prevent attendance, duly justified with a medical certificate. - Official or governmental requests that affect the patient's availability. - Exceptional cases will be evaluated individually and must be justified by the corresponding documentation. 5. **Changes in the Reservation**: - Requests to reschedule appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability of schedules. 6. **General Terms**: - By requesting a reservation, the patient agrees to comply with these policies and any additional terms informed during the appointment confirmation. - We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time, notifying patients in advance.
